Pack of High Protein Noodles
Chestnut Mushrooms 250g
Butter 30g
Garlic
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Chopped green onions
Directions
Cook noodles according to the package instructions.
Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and chop them into fine slices.
In a separate frying pan, heat to a medium heat, coat the base with 30g of butter and add sliced mushrooms. Sauté until they are tender and lightly browned.
Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
Add the cooked noodles to the mushroom mixture and toss to combine.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions and stir to coat the noodles evenly.
Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
